The Clerk's Office offers many services essential to the residents of the Town of Newfane. The Town Clerk’s Office files all official records of the Town Government and public activities. The Town Clerk is also responsible for filing Vital Records and Records Management.

As the Clerk of the Town Board, the Town Clerk records all proceedings of meetings and any relative official activities.
